The Legendary Wanda Jackson Live In House

Just a brief reminder to the interested that Wanda Jackson, indeed the Queen of Rockabilly, will be making two In House appearances surrounding her performance in Pocatello Friday night. Tomorrow, she joins us for a guest DJ set, including music from Elvis Presley, Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys, Dolly Parton, Jimmy Martin and more from an impressively diverse set of artists. Friday, she performs live in the studio with The Rubes out of Salt Lake City backing her up. There are a few ways to catch the broadcasts, including the good old-fashioned radio dial at 91.1 FM for those of you in range. You can also access a live stream here on the blog, beginning at 4pm (MST) each day. Alternately, you can catch the podcasts, generally posted here in the day or so following the shows.


One thing more: if you live within a travelable distance, take in the show! It's her only appearance in the region and a rare opportunity to catch a legend.
